Pay: Essex LG Scale 4, Points 7-8
Actual Salary per annum: £20,827 - £21,177 (pay award pending)
Hours of work: 37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year plus 5 Inset Days
Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8.20 am - 4.20 pm; Friday 8.20 am - 3.50 pm
We are looking to appoint a proactive Pastoral Assistant who will provide excellent support for all students who attend the school. As a member of our Pastoral Team, this role involves working closely with staff, students, parents, carers and other agencies to promote student progress, attendance and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children from a range of backgrounds and be able to manage competing priorities and deadlines with a flexible approach. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, positive and be able to demonstrate resilience and adaptability within a school or similar environment.
