We are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and highly skilled Pastoral Coordinator SEMH, Trauma Support and Thrive Manager to play a pivotal role in promoting the wellbeing, engagement, and success of our pupils. Reporting to the Principal, you will lead on pastoral support, SEMH provision, trauma-informed practice, and the implementation of the Thrive approach across the school. Working closely with students, families, and staff, you will create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels safe, supported, and empowered to achieve their full potential, helping to remove barriers to learning and foster positive outcomes for all.
