Pastoral Head of Year job summary

This additional Head of Year role reflects the school's continued growth and improvement and will further strengthen our existing pastoral team, ensuring we can provide high-quality, consistent support and guidance to our students.

To lead the pastoral care, welfare, behaviour, attendance and personal development of an allocated year group, ensuring pupils are safe, supported and able to achieve their full potential. The post holder will work collaboratively with staff, families and external agencies to promote high standards of attendance, behaviour, wellbeing and inclusion.
