Pastoral Intervention Assistant job summary

We are looking for a Pastoral Intervention Assistant to work with individual and small groups of students to address barriers to learning. The successful candidate will work as part of our Pastoral and Progress Team and support with intervention and monitoring strategies to support with all students achieving excellent behaviour, academic success, attendance and engagement. The post holder will also manage the academy’s Behaviour Intervention room.
