What skills and experience we're looking for
Co-op Academy Southfield (11-19 special school) is looking for 1 Pastoral Intervention Mentor to join our Care and Wellbeing Team at Level 4 SCP 18-25, to work 37 hours per week, term time plus one week on a fixed term contract.
The Pastoral Intervention Mentor will work under the guidance of the Pastoral Welfare Leader within an agreed system of supervision, working flexibly and in collaboration by taking responsibility for behaviour support.
