We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Lead to join our team, playing a pivotal role in supporting the wellbeing, personal development, and achievement of our pupils.

Working closely alongside staff, pupils, and parents/carers, the successful candidate will ensure that every child feels supported, safe, and empowered to succeed.

At the heart of this role is a strong commitment to ensuring every pupil achieves their full potential through targeted support and timely intervention. This will be achieved primarily through close collaboration with class teachers and the SENDCo to identify needs, plan provision, and monitor impact.

Under the direction of the Headteacher, the Pastoral Lead will contribute to all aspects of pupils’ wellbeing and achievement, fostering a positive and inclusive school culture where every child can thrive.

The successful candidate will be:

  • IT literate and confident using digital systems, including CPOMS
  • Highly organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • In possession of a full UK driving licence
