What skills and experience we're looking for

We are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, dedicated and hardworking Pastoral Lead to join our team at Erdington Hall Primary School. Applicants should be educated to level 4 or above in English and Maths. You should have experience working with families and working with key statutory and non-statutory stakeholders. Experience working with families and wider stakeholders is required. It is also desirable to have worked in a school setting with attendance systems.
