Leger Education Trust is a Multi-Academy
Trust with sponsor status.  Since its
establishment in November 2018 the Trust has grown rapidly and now includes seven
schools and an alternative provision in Doncaster.

Vega
College is seeking to recruit a Pastoral Lead who will lead on raising
standards of student behaviour, attendance, welfare and achievement. Effective
intervention strategies will be designed and implemented to ensure excellent
student outcomes. You will work as part of a team to provide a safe and
purposeful learning environment. The Pastoral Lead will act as Deputy
Designated Safeguarding Lead providing expertise and support; and will lead on
the organisation of work experience and placements.
