Cornelius Vermuyden School, part of the South East Essex Academy Trust (SEEAT). Together we are embarking on a significant phase of improvement and innovation. We are poised for a transformation and we need your expertise and passion to help with our journey.

We are looking to appoint a proactive Pastoral Lead who will provide excellent support for all students who attend the school. As a member of our Pastoral Team, this role involves working closely with staff, students, parents, carers and other agencies to promote student progress, attendance and well-being. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children from various backgrounds and be able to manage competing priorities and deadlines with a flexible approach. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and positive and be able to demonstrate resilience and adaptability within a school or similar environment.
