Pastoral Leader job summary

‘Greatness is not a function of circumstance. Greatness, it turns out, is largely a matter of conscious choice.’

Jim Collins

You will be competent in the use of Microsoft Office and have the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines. You will be joining a dynamic team, who enjoy supporting the Academy and its culture of outstanding success amongst our students.

In return, you can expect fantastic Professional Development opportunities, a comprehensive employee benefits package including shopping discounts, cycle-to-work and gym schemes, cinema tickets and an employee assistance programme.

As a valued member of our support team, you will use your sphere of influence to play an important part in taking TDA from Good to Great, and we can promise it’ll be an exciting and rewarding journey. Along the way, you will gain the satisfaction of #Transforming Lives in our Academy and across our Trust’s twenty-one schools.
