We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Leader to join our inclusive and forward-thinking team at Alder Community High School. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about promoting student wellbeing, improving behaviour and attendance, and supporting students and families to overcome barriers to learning.
You'll thrive in a collaborative, student-centred environment where your work will directly impact the lives of young people. This is a key role in leading pastoral care, working closely with students, families, staff, and external agencies to ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed.
