Pastoral Leader job summary

Beamont Collegiate Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, resilient and compassionate Pastoral Leader to join our dedicated pastoral team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about student wellbeing, behaviour and inclusion, and who is committed to ensuring every child is supported to thrive both academically and personally.

The Pastoral Leader will take a leading role in delivering high-quality pastoral support and student progress monitoring for a designated year group / cohort, ensuring that students are supported to achieve strong academic outcomes through high standards of attendance, behaviour, engagement and wellbeing.

This is a permanent position, suited to an individual with strong leadership qualities, professional drive and a genuine commitment to inclusion. It offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career within education and make a meaningful, lasting impact on young people’s lives.
