The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) wish to appoint a
Pastoral Leader to join our Pastoral Team. As a member of the school and Trust
senior leadership team, this role is a great opportunity to work at both a
strategic level as well as working directly with students and families. The

The successful candidate:
• Will be
self-motivated, compassionate, and have strong leadership skills.
• Will be
responsible for overseeing pastoral provision and early help to pupils and
families.
• Will be
the lead for whole school behaviour, attendance and safeguarding.
• Must be
professional and polite with a good standard of literacy and communication
skills
