The Pastoral Leader - Sixth Form, Futures and Careers, supports the effective operation of the trust and works to uphold and promote its vision and values.

The aim of this role is to lead and manage the delivery of pastoral support for the Futures programme delivery across the Sixth Form. The postholder will be the first response for everyday pastoral concerns. They are required to lead and manage the delivery of pastoral support for the Sixth Form.
