Behaviour Manager job summary

We are looking to appoint a Behaviour Manager to coordinate existing provision within the Reset Room in order to facilitate student learning, reduce barriers to achievement, improve attainment and educational outcomes and promote self-confidence and emotional wellbeing

The successful candidates will be well supported by a range of colleagues and by a comprehensive programme of induction and training to ensure their individual needs are met.
