Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? Carlton Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to support students with Special Educational Needs, including those with Education, Health and Care Plans and English as an Additional Language. In this rewarding role, you will help students overcome barriers to learning, build emotional resilience, and thrive both academically and personally. Working closely with teaching staff, you will deliver targeted interventions, promote inclusion, and create a positive, supportive environment where every student can succeed. This position requires experience working with children, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing.
