What skills and experience we're looking for
Higham Lane North Academy is delighted to welcome applications for the post of Pastoral Manager for a September 2026 start.
Applications are invited from suitably-qualified and enthusiastic individuals to work closely with the Deputy Headteacher for Behaviour and Attendance and the SENDCO, and in liaison with teaching staff and House Champions. The post will contribute to overall good order within the school, including behaviour management, safeguarding, attendance, promoting the well-being and general progress and achievement of students.

Our teaching and support staff will be joining a school which is passionate about teaching and learning and pastoral care, where colleagues are always developing their practice and learning from each other.
