What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Manager who will have responsibility for our Inclusion room, a short term, alternative to suspension, provision within school. We are seeking a strong candidate who will promote and support the emotional and academic needs of students in order to maximise their learning capabilities. Experience of working with students building their emotional resilience and/or employing strategies to re-engage to mainstream school, is required.
