To succeed as our Pastoral Manager you will be caring and approachable, with a strong commitment to supporting students’ wellbeing and personal development, experienced in providing practical pastoral support to help students overcome emotional, behavioural, or attendance‑related challenges and be able to build positive, trusting relationships with students while maintaining professional boundaries.
