📘 The RoleYou will play a vital role in supporting children’s emotional, social and behavioural needs, working closely with pupils, families and staff to remove barriers to learning. You will be a consistent point of contact for pastoral and family support, providing guidance, early help and practical solutions. You will also serve as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring that safeguarding and child protection are managed effectively, confidently and in line with statutory requirements.
