What skills and experience we're looking for
St Monica’s RC High School are currently seeking a Pastoral Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trustis ‘a welcoming school community’ where there is “a real sense of value placed on each person as based in the image of God.” (CSI Inspection, Feb 2024) and where ‘Staff feel well supported and their workload and well-being have been duly considered.’ (Ofsted, 2024).

- Will be a confident communicator (written and oral)
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Has well-developed ICT skills.
- Works well under pressure, working accurately with attention to detail, and meeting deadlines.
- Has high levels of integrity, honesty & credibility.
- Is highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Is able to work independently and also work as part of a team.
