Pastoral Managers job summary

We are seeking to appoint three vibrant, energetic Pastoral Managers to join our team, with one of the positions having particular focus on supporting students’ mental health. We require dynamic individuals who will support students with pastoral concerns and provide high quality guidance to help our young people to achieve the best outcomes.
It will be a requirement to establish constructive relationships with parents/carers and external agencies, to encourage positive family support and involvement, to regularly review attendance, behaviour and attainment to give our students the best chance of success, and to identify students at risk of disaffection.
