Clarion Corvus Trust is seeking to appoint a Pastoral Services Assistant at Hobart High School, Loddon, to work within the Guidance Team to support the pastoral team in promoting the welfare, wellbeing, and personal development of students, embedding high standards across the school. The role ensures that students feel safe, supported, and ready to learn by providing administrative assistance, day-to-day pastoral support, and effective communication with staff, families, and external agencies. You will be someone who understands and enjoys working with young people, is well organised, flexible, adaptable and enjoys variety in your work. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate students and gain their respect.
