What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Builds positive relationships with children and families
  • Has experience working with children, particularly those with SEND or SEMH needs
  • Understands, or is willing to learn, Trauma Informed Practice and Zones of Regulation
  • Can work closely with teachers, parents and external agencies
  • Is organised, resilient and committed to helping every child succeed
