What skills and experience we're looking for
- Builds positive relationships with children and families
- Has experience working with children, particularly those with SEND or SEMH needs
- Understands, or is willing to learn, Trauma Informed Practice and Zones of Regulation
- Can work closely with teachers, parents and external agencies
- Is organised, resilient and committed to helping every child succeed
