Job Title: Pastoral Support Assistant
Location: Kempston Academy, Bedford
Contract: Full Time
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, Term time only (+5 INSED Days)
Salary: Level 4 Point 9 - 14 (£21,833 - £23758 per annum)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a friendly, motivated and committed individual to provide support to students who need help overcoming barriers due to their learning behaviours in order to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Heads of Year to develop systems and create and provide an environment which supports students to return to lessons, ready to learn.

Full training, support and induction will be provided.
In line with our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our pupils, this appointment will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
