What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to recruit a Pastoral Support Worker to this highly successful school, which is well known for its strong academic results and Performing Arts Specialism.

You will play a formative role in students’ education by:

Working with targeted students and their families to provide mentoring and support.
Supporting our Head of Years’ within school to provide first point of contact between parents’ and school and liaising with colleagues and students.
