This is an exciting opportunity to join our Pastoral Support team at Ralph Allen.

The Pastoral Support Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring high standards of behaviour and learning are supported throughout our School.
The successful candidate will:
Be passionate about supporting learners who are experiencing disadvantage
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have an ability to remain calm, patient and supportive in challenging situations
Have a willingness to work as part of a team and adapt to the needs of students
