We are pleased to invite applications for a Pastoral Support Assistant to join our dynamic pastoral team at Trinity C of E School, Belvedere. As a Pastoral Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing pastoral care and guidance, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and empowered to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
We are seeking individuals with excellent communication and organisational skills, coupled with a flexible approach to meet the diverse needs of our students. Your confidence and discretion will be essential. You will deal with a wide range of student issues, which may be challenging at times, and you will work closely with parents, carers and external agencies on a daily basis.
