This is a Permanent, All Year Round, Full Time opportunity to join our Pastoral Team.

We are looking for a Pastoral Support Manager to support the enhancement and operation of the learning environment of the school, with a particular focus on the pastoral management of the students.

The successful candidate will support in the provision of a high-quality education for the students of the school, through pastoral care. They will work as part of the Year Group Community and support a dedicated group of pupils.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be able to communicate effectively with student, staff and outside agencies.
  • Have experience of working with young people
  • Have a flexible approach
  • Be confident and resilient
