- A confident and skilled relationship‑builder, able to work effectively with students, families, colleagues and external professionals.

- Committed to equality, diversity, safeguarding and the wellbeing of all students.
- Willing to work flexibly, including attending meetings, interventions and activities beyond the school day where required.
You will have:
- Successful experience of working in a school or similar setting with responsibility for student welfare and raising achievement.
- Experience of liaising with external agencies and contributing to meetings that support student outcomes.
- A good understanding of safeguarding within an educational setting and the ability to respond appropriately to concerns.
