Pastoral Support Officer job summary

As our Pastoral Support Officer, you will:

Provide exceptional pastoral support across the school

Take on the role of Deputy or Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL/DSL)

Deliver Emotional Literacy Support as the school’s ELSA

Work closely with staff on attendance, behaviour and wellbeing strategies

Support families and manage safeguarding and child protection processes

Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams

Situated on a beautiful, spacious semi-rural site, South Ascot Village School is a close-knit one-form entry primary school with a specialist SEN Unit, The Canopy, dedicated to autistic pupils.
