We are looking for a suitably qualified and enthusiastic Pastoral Support Officer to work with the schools Heads of House in providing administrative support. A desire to work with young people in supporting their welfare and well-being is essential.
To be successful in this role you will have:
• Literacy & Numeracy at Level 2
• IT, including Microsoft office
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including children, young people, colleagues, parents/carers, Governors and members of the public.
• Hardworking and enthusiastic
• Ability to be adaptable to the changing needs and requirements of the post
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
