Pastoral Support Officer job summary

Hours: 37 hours per week, term-time only (including 5 training days) 

We are seeking to appoint an additional Pastoral Support Officer to join our supportive and friendly team committed to working with teachers and support staff to develop how pupils manage their behaviour. You will work under the guidance of the Lead Pastoral Support Officer and Assistant Head (Behaviour and Attendance) to deliver effective support to individuals and groups of pupils. 

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with pupils supporting behaviour related issues. You will be highly motivated, understanding and have a passion for making a difference and ensuring that pupil life opportunities are enhanced.
