THE ROLE
Framingham Earl High School seeks to appoint a Pastoral Support Worker to join our Guidance team. The core purpose of the Pastoral Support Worker is to support the pastoral needs of the students, including safeguarding and behaviour. The Pastoral Support Worker will also act as a first aider and act as a Designated Safeguarding Lead when required.
The Pastoral Support Worker will work with all members the Guidance team, reporting to the Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for Behaviour, Safeguarding and Attendance.
