We are looking to appoint a motivated and skilled individual to join our Pastoral Support team in our thriving and oversubscribed 11-18 secondary school. Each of our Pastoral Support Workers (PSWs) are dedicated to a specific year group, which enables them to get to know students well. This role is to support students in Key Stage 3 or 4. You will work closely with the tutor team and Heads of Year, supporting students to re-engage in learning. The team of PSWs are based in The Pastoral Hub and report to The Pastoral Hub Manager. This role can be very rewarding and you will be well supported.
The post is for 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 3.30pm, term time only and will be remunerated on LGPS Grade 8, Points 18-23 pro rata, which is £30,559 - £33,366 (£15.88 to £17.34 per hour), dependent on experience.
