What skills and experience we're looking for
Our pastoral and behavioural systems are designed to maximise the engagement of our all students in school, offering a range of intervention programmes to maximise student achievement.
We are looking to recruit a Pastoral Support Advisor to work closely with our Heads of Year and wider pastoral team, promoting good behaviour and dealing promptly with any conflicts or incidents by encouraging students to take responsibility for their own behaviour.
You will need to have some experience of responding to individual additional needs as well providing support to children on a 1:1 and small group basis.
