What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a highly motivated and committed individual to join our Pastoral team as a Welfare Officer, specialising in ELSA and first aid support. The successful candidate will be involved with supporting individual students with emotional resilience, working with outside agencies to arrange age related vaccinations and providing first aid to students and staff. A first aid qualification is preferable but not essential, as training can be provided. A willingness to learn and work well as a team is essential.
