We are looking to appoint a Pastoral & Wellbeing Manager SEN to work with parents and students to ensure that the correct pastoral and academic support is in place and that students make progress in line with their abilities. As Pastoral & Wellbeing Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Heads of Year to ensure pastoral support for a number of year groups. Whilst taking a lead role in managing attendance, well-being and academic progress.
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to:
- Manage student wellbeing in a school environment.
- Act as a role model and set high expectations of conduct to ensure that good behaviour is maintained.
- Manage their own time effectively.
