Can you lead with responsibility, creating a culture where every child feels safe, supported and ready to thrive?

If so, Queen Katharine Academy would love to hear from you!

Your role:

As Pastoral Year Lead, you will play a pivotal role at the heart of the Academy, shaping students’ daily experiences and helping to build a calm, inclusive and aspirational environment. Your strong communication, organisation and safeguarding knowledge, alongside experience in pastoral or student support, will ensure you can make a meaningful and lasting impact.
