What makes us special

Our staff team believe passionately in the power of education to transform lives. We are committed to providing the best possible educational experience that we can; an experience that supports, challenges and inspires our students to achieve their potential and develop into well rounded, kind, resilient and responsible young people, who have a deep love of learning and a curiosity about the world in which they live.

  • Acts as a positive and professional role model, demonstrating high expectations at all times
  • Would love to join a dedicated staff team who are committed to improving the quality of education across our school
  • Hold a first aid qualification or is willing to undertake one
  • Is committed to safeguarding.

In this role you will:

  • Supervise students throughout the school day, ensuring their safety, wellbeing and positive engagement.
  • Patrol the school site, maintaining a visible presence and responding proactively to issues as they arise.
  • Promote high standards of behaviour and challenge inappropriate conduct in a calm and constructive manner.
  • Support students to make positive choices and take responsibility for their actions.
  • Build productive and respectful relationships with students, helping them feel supported and valued.
  • Supervise lesson changeovers, breaktimes and other key transition points to ensure the smooth and orderly movement of students.
  • Provide first aid support and respond to incidents when required.
  • Work collaboratively with pastoral, student services and wider support teams to provide the best possible experience for students.
  • Contribute to creating a culture where every student feels safe, respected and ready to learn.

We offer:

  • Part time, term-time only working
  • A role where your work really matters and we listen to your voice
  • The opportunity to work in an established team who are invested in growing the potential of others and who are committed to continuous improvement
  • Ongoing professional development.
