Pay and Rewards Admin Officer job summary

  • Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only + 2 additional weeks (41 weeks p/y) OR Full Year considered
  • Hours: Part-time 22.5 hours (3 days per week - days negotiable)
  • FTE salary: £25,992 - £27,711 per annum
  • Actual salary: £14,232 - £15,174 per annum (based on 41 weeks per year)
  • Holidays: Benefit from 11 weeks free time per academic year!

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Pensions & Benefits Officer to join our busy and welcoming HR team, supporting our Trust of 14 schools. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional pensions and benefits services to our valued colleagues.

We are looking for someone to;

  • Lead on pensions and benefits administration, supporting our Pay & Reward Manager and Payroll Officer
  • Deliver accurate and timely pensions processing for schemes such as the Teachers Pension Scheme / LGPS
  • Assist with payroll processing and checking, especially during peak periods or to cover colleague leave
  • Promote and process a range of Reward & Benefits initiatives, from childcare vouchers and Cycle to Work schemes to health, dental, and retail discounts
