Payroll and HRIS Officer job summary
Due to internal promotion, we are looking for a Payroll and HRIS Officer to join the HR team.
Reporting to the HR Manager, and with the support of a Payroll and HRIS Assistant, the post holder will be responsible for accurate and effective payroll processes with the support of an external payroll provider as well as effective HR database management. The wider HR team organisation chart can be viewed in the attachment.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a good understanding and experience of payroll administration/management and database management. An understanding of HR processes would be helpful but not essential. Success in post will be driven by a candidate who is logical, has excellent attention to detail and works proactively to achieve set deadlines.
This role is being offered on a highly sought-after term time only contract. Enabling good flexibility and work-life balance. The role will be required for 41 week per year to be worked predominantly during the school term in line with payroll cycles.
