What skills and experience we're looking for

Freebrough Academy is excited to advertise the new position of PDC Manager which will be required for September 2025. The sucessful candidate will work closely with the DEEP support team to implement targeted intervention to a small cohort of students requiring specific short-term mentoring. The successful candidate will be required to communicate regulary with parents/carers and external agencies ensuring maxium support for specific needs is implemented. Specific class work and intervention will be delivered to students to promote the life chances of students whilst also tracking and monitoring students progress and attendance.
