PE and Sports Technician job summary
Overview
We have an exciting opportunity to join our successful, vibrant school community as an
PE and Sports Technician
Part-Time 30 hrs per week, Term time only (39 weeks per year including INSET days)
Bucks Pay Range 1a point 5 Actual Salary £11,536.56 per annum
(equivalent to £16,777 Full Time Earnings)
Start date: September 2020 or sooner if possible
A flexible working pattern to include some evening, weekend and holiday
work to be arranged in consultation with the Senior Leadership Team.

The SHFGS sports department is undergoing a period of development with the aim of becoming a key player in multiple sports at District, County and Regional level. The PE curriculum has been enhanced and the introduction of the ‘Games’ programme has allowed for an emphasis on our elite level performers whilst the development of the SHFGS Sports Club programme has created more extra-curricular sporting opportunities than ever before. The department is forward thinking with a desire to be outstanding at all aspects of delivery and pupil experience.
About the role
The postholder will be required to:
Report to the Director of Sport, in assisting in the delivery of the SHFGS sports programme, including preparation of lessons and individualised feedback / coaching within the games programme: specifically, football, netball, rugby, athletics or cricket. The role will also include an involvement in the extra-curricular sports programme.
