What skills and experience we're looking for
You will be an outstanding teacher who has a positive disposition and is forward-thinking. You will work with the Leadership Team to deliver a first-class provision. Energy, enthusiasm, positivity and a readiness to contribute to the full breadth of our provision are must-haves. You will be willing to go above and beyond to support the trust’s vision in providing unique and equitable opportunities and experiences.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- The day to day running of the Bay House PE team
- Overseeing student teachers/work experience
- Facilitate KS5 core curriculum
You will teach across the age and ability range and play a part in continuing the good work and development of the department. Extracurricular activities are an outstanding feature of the school and you will play a full and active part in its continued delivery. We are keen to appoint someone who offers a broad range of activities and has the capacity or desire to teach examination PE up to A-Level.
