PE Technician job summary
Fixed Term Contract to commence asap until August 2026. Term Time + Training Days. 32 hours per week.

We are currently looking to appoint a dedicated PE Technician, with a focus on girls’ sports, to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and develop the next generation of athletes, while being part of a faculty that values innovation, teamwork, and high standards.

About You
To be a good fit for this role, you will be:
- Able to confidently provide practical support in lessons, including setting up and maintaining sports equipment
- A professional individual with experience of coaching sports, in particular netball, football and hockey
- Keen to assist in the organisation and running of sports teams, fixtures, and training sessions
- Able to contribute to the positive promotion of sport and physical activity across our school
- A compassionate and adaptable individual who demonstrates a strong commitment to meeting the diverse needs of all pupils
- Committed to building positive relationships with students, fostering respect while maintaining high expectations
- A clear communicator with excellent organisation skills, able to balance firmness with empathy and build relationships with a wide range of individuals
