People Associate Advisor (Maternity Cover) job summary
We are looking for a People Associate to join our team here at Greenwood Academies!
In this hybrid role, based in our Nottingham office with flexibility for remote work, you will serve as the first point of contact for all people related queries. You will manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and contractual changes to leaver administration, while maintaining accurate records within our HR Information System (HRIS).
As an integral member of our team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in our academies and central team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently and use your initiative. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance on statutory and Trust procedures, assisting with our payroll function and utilising our HRIS to ensure the efficient administration of employee records.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our People Directorate and make a meaningful impact to our Trust.
