Salary: BWT Grade 10 - Leadership 3

Hours per week / Weeks per year: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - with 25 days holiday (increasing after 5 years)

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a highly motivated and proactive People Business Partner who excels in building strong relationships and managing stakeholders effectively. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR, with a deep understanding of current employment laws and their practical application. You'll need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, and a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing. Your role will involve coaching and advising senior leaders, being the point of escalation for complex workplace issues, and leading HR initiatives to support our Trust’s People Strategy.

Your Experience and Skills:

The successful candidate will bring significant experience as a People or HR Business Partner, ideally within a multi-site environment, with education sector experience being a bonus. You should be skilled in creating and delivering training sessions, managing projects, and implementing change effectively. Strong presentation skills, the ability to identify and analyse trends, and proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office are essential. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for developing people plans and supporting school improvement initiatives. Your role will also include leading on diversity and inclusion initiatives, working with trade unions, and supporting policy development and implementation.
