About the Role
As a People Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and governing bodies, delivering strategic and operational people management across our academies. Your expertise will help shape workforce planning, employee relations, wellbeing initiatives, and recruitment processes that underpin school improvement and organisational effectiveness.
Key highlights of the role include:
- Leading complex employee relations cases and providing expert guidance grounded in employment law and best practice.
- Using data and workforce insights to inform recruitment, retention, and development strategies.
- Coaching senior leaders to enhance leadership capability and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion standards.
- Playing an active role in evolving our People function to support our vision of world-class academies.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a hybrid working model between our Trust HQ at Goodison Park, various academy sites, and home.
