About you

We're looking for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about partnering with leaders to achieve positive people outcomes. You'll be confident handling complex employee relations cases, providing commercially sound and legally compliant advice, and coaching managers to develop their confidence and capability.

Whether supporting organisational change, influencing senior stakeholders or delivering Trust-wide initiatives, you'll be pragmatic, resilient and solutions-focused.

You'll also have:

  • A CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
