Guided by our values of Honesty, Faith and Courage, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both our colleagues and the children and communities we serve.
About you
We're looking for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about partnering with leaders to achieve positive people outcomes. You'll be confident handling complex employee relations cases, providing commercially sound and legally compliant advice, and coaching managers to develop their confidence and capability.
You'll bring a collaborative approach, excellent relationship-building skills and the confidence to challenge constructively when needed. Whether supporting organisational change, influencing senior stakeholders or delivering Trust-wide initiatives, you'll be pragmatic, resilient and solutions-focused.
You'll also have:
- A CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience advising managers in a complex or multi-site organisation.
- The ability to influence, coach and build credibility with leaders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
